Service Responsibilities
- Support users of the enterprise resource planning software, Ellucian Banner, for the Human Resources and Finance System modules as well as Chrome River Travel and YoMart.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the enterprise resource planning software and Chrome River Travel and YoMart.
- Create enhancements, modifications, and new applications to meet needs.
- Create and maintain operational reports.
- Provide requested data to state and other agencies.
- Participate in and guide university-wide technology initiatives.
- All our responsibilities help to meet our university’s strategic direction “Building a Responsive Infrastructure for a Sustainable Campus”.
